Study of the disappearance of public roads and its impact on the right to landscape

The Iberian Platform for Public Roads and the territory, have come together to carry out a study on the consequences that the disappearance, usurpation or degradation of public roads, livestock trails, public hydraulic domain, etc., have for the exercise of the right to the landscape. 

On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the Landscape Research Group, a non-profit association founded in 1967 based in oxford, opened a call for projects to allocate funds to studies on the justice in the landscape, where it was proposed This work, which was one of those selected,  along with four other projects from Scotland, Crete, Greenland and Argentina. 

The main objective of the project is understand, document and disseminate what it means closure and encroachment of public roads.
